I live outside of Brian’s typical service area of Bradenton & the islands but he thankfully came to our rescue and repaired our refrigerator quickly. I had another technician from Appliance Repair Service (NEVER call them) who quoted me more than twice the amount Brian charged. He noted that the tech from ARS had replaced a relay that didn’t need replacing and cut wires in the back of my refrigerator for no apparent reason. I was having problems with my washer. After making an appointment with another repair service in town whom scheduled me for Monday. I decided to call around for the best quotes , etc. As well as I wanted someone TODAY not next week. In my research Appliance Repair was the best choice I could make as far as the initial service call price. So I called the number and Brian who has been mentioned in most of the reviews here answered promptly.

How great is that to actually get the repair man on the first call. I explained the issue as well as I wanted someone today. He asked for the make.. etc… Brian informed me he would be at my house in 30-40 minutes. And that he upheld !!! Amazing …eh?! It gets better. After 20 seconds of bonding with my washer… he informed me of the problem, price, and even had the parts with him. No waiting for days for him to order… then come back. After all I had some washing to do. The price was unbelievable.
